Reference to the above-mentioned subject, please be informed that the Company's Board of Directors held its meeting today at 3:00 pm, and the outcome is as follows:

• 1- The Board of Directors proceeded with the elections of its chairman and vice chairman and the results were:
• H.E. Jassem Mohamed Bu Ataba Alzaabi $\bullet$ . elected as Chairman.
• H.E. Abdulla Bin Mohammed Butti Al $\bullet$ Hamed elected as Vice Chairman.
• 2- The Board of Directors proceeded with the following appointments:
• Abdulla Abdulhameed $\bullet$ H.E. Alsahi appointed as Group Managing Director.
• · تم تعيين السيد بيل انطوني اوريجان رئيسا Mr. Bill Anthony O'Regan appointed as the $\bullet$ Group Chief Executive Officer.
• Mr. Majed Fuad Mohammad Odeh تم تعيين السيد ماجد فؤاد محمد عودة $\bullet$ مستشارا للرئيس التنفيذي للمجموعة . sappointed as Group Chief Executive Officer's Transformation Advisor.

• 1- اجراء الانتخابات لرئيس ونائب رئيس مجلس ادارة المجموعة وكانت النتائج:
• تم انتخاب معالي جاسم محمد بوعتابة الزعابي رئيسا لمجلس الإدارة.
• تم انتخاب معالي عبد الله محمد بن بطي ال
  حامد نائبا لرئيس مجلس الإدارة.

2- اتخذ مجلس الإدار ة القر ار ات التالية:
