His Excellency Abdulla Al Sahi is the Managing Director of Modon Properties, the company mandated by the Abu Dhabi Government to develop strategic projects in Abu Dhabi. Before assuming his current role, Al Sahi served as the CEO of Modon Properties and was one of the members of the team assigned to establish the company in 2018. In his current position, he is responsible for overseeing project implementation and managing development activities of the company.

Previously, Al Sahi held the position of Undersecretary of the Department of Municipalities and Transport in Abu Dhabi in 2020, where he was entrusted with ensuring effective and integrated coordination between the Department and its subsidiaries. His responsibilities included managing the assets of the department, leading joint ventures to diversify and develop the business, enhancing productivity and operational efficiency, and supporting efforts to achieve the strategic priorities of the department.

Al Sahi also played a pivotal role in aligning the Department's projects with the objectives of Abu Dhabi's overarching vision. His efforts contributed to establishing advanced and sustainable infrastructure that provides world-class services, strengthens the local investment environment.

In his roles at the Department of Municipalities and Transport and Modon Properties, he served as the Chairman of the Abu Dhabi General Services Company, Musanada, guiding the delivery of integrated, cost-effective and sustainable services and maintenance of Abu Dhabi government assets.

With a career spanning over twenty years, Al Sahi began his career at the Mubadala Development Company and Tawazun. Notably, he played a pivotal role in establishing the Abu Dhabi Urban Planning Council in 2007. Subsequently, he held key positions such as Executive Director of the Support Services Sector in 2012 and Executive Director of the Urban Planning and Infrastructure Sector in 2015 at the Department of Municipalities and Transport.

Throughout his career, Al Sahi has served on various boards of directors and committees. These include serving as the representative of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi to the Emirates Council for Infrastructure and Housing Committee, and a member of the Abu Dhabi Emirate's Infrastructure Committee affiliated with the Abu Dhabi Executive Council. He also served as a board member of the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority, the Abu Dhabi Airports Company (ADAC), the Zayed Higher Organization for People of Determination and Tadweer.

Al Sahi holds a BA in Economics and an MS in Administrative Studies from Boston University, Massachusetts, USA, complementing his extensive experience in development and public investments across diverse sectors.
