Bill O'Regan is the Chief Executive Officer of Modon Properties since March 2020 and has 25 years' experience in the real estate sector working in the Development, Consulting and Client sectors, including 18 years working in Abu Dhabi managing large-scale development projects.

Bill was previously the Chief Design and Delivery Officer at Modon and founding member of the C-Suite Executive team, being responsible for all stages of project development – (Hudayriyat Island, Saadiyat Marina, Riyadh City National Housing, Baniyas North Development, Mina Wharf incl demolition, Jubail Walk, Al Mugheirah Resort, Liwa Al Bateen). In addition, Bill oversaw the establishment of the Teyaseer Company, (a subsidiary of Modon prior to transfer to Aldar), responsible for providing housing project management support service to Abu Dhabi citizens.

Prior to joining Modon Properties, he was a Project Director at the Urban Planning Council (UPC). O'Regan was responsible for delivering the masterplans of Riyadh City, Baniyas North, Ba Al Ghaiylam and Al Sader. In that role, O'Regan successfully completed multiple masterplans totalling approximately 15,000 Hectares. This included the development of residential, mixed-use community facilities, and all associated utility and transport infrastructure.

O'Regan also served as Senior Project Manager for the Infrastructure and Public Realm Projects on multiple mega projects across Abu Dhabi. His experience in Abu Dhabi also includes project management consulting for several high-profile projects including the Presidential Palace, Masdar Headquarters, Masdar Institute of Science & Technology, and Sun and Sky Towers in Abu Dhabi.

Prior to that Bill worked for Vinci Construction Grands Projects and managed various developments across Greece, Ireland, Mexico, Holland, Algeria and France. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of South Wales, UK, and a Postgraduate Degree in International Construction Management from Bath University, UK.
