Reference to the above-mentioned subject, the Company's Board of Directors held its meeting today Monday 07/08/2023 at 3:00 pm, at Q Holding offices in Abu Dhabi decided to proceed with the studies of the offer received by ADQ Real Estate and Hospitality Investments L.L.C ("ADQ RE"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Abu Dhabi Developmental Holding Company PJSC ("ADQ"), and IHC Capital Holding LLC ("IHC Capital") to combine Modon Properties PJSC ("Modon"), Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Company PJSC ("ADNEC"), and other assets (the "Perimeter Assets"), with Q Holding PSC. The above will be subject to completion of the legal procedures and necessary regulatory approvals.
