CHANGED NUMBER OF VOTES IN MODERN TIMES GROUP MTG AB

Modern Times Group MTG AB (MTG) today announces that as of 28 February 2025, the total number of shares in the company amounts to 128,310,627, and the total number of votes in the company amounts to 131,978,757.

During the month of January 2025, MTG received requests for reclassification of Class A shares into Class B shares from shareholders in accordance with the provisions of MTG's articles of association. As a result, 129,566 Class A shares have been reclassified into Class B shares in February 2025. Hence, the total number of Class B shares increased with 129,566 and the total number of Class A shares decreased with 129,566 during February 2025.

As of 28 February 2025, the total number of shares in MTG amounts to 128,310,627, of which 407,570 Class A shares with ten votes each, 121,622,434 Class B shares with one vote each and 6,280,623 Class C shares with one vote each. The total number of votes in MTG amounts to 131,978,757.

As of 27 February 2025, MTG holds 4,190,624 Class B shares and 6,280,623 Class C shares in treasury.
