The Company has accepted his resignation and he shall cease to be the Company Secretary w.e.f close of working hours of September 07, 2023. Consequent to his resignation, Mr. Kashish Papreja also ceases to be the Compliance Officer of the Company. We thank him for his valuable contributions to the Company during his tenure and wish him success in his future endeavors.
