R8 Capital Investments PLC announces that it has published its Annual Report & Accounts for the period ending 31 December 2023 and its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 10.00 am on 2 December 2024 at the offices of Locke Lord (UK) LLP, 201 Bishopsgate, London, EC2M 3AB.
The Company notes the Qualified opinion provided by the auditor. The Company draws your attention to the paragraph "Basis for qualified opinion" on page 18 of the Annual Report & Accounts.
