Director's share purchase
Mode Global Holdings PLC (LSE:MODE) announces that it has received notification that on 28 September 2021, Ryan Moore, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 100,000 shares of £0.01p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 36.75p per share.
Ryan Moore's holdings in the Ordinary Shares are held via Tulham LLC and the Keve Family Ltd Partnership, entities in which Mr Moore is an interest holder.
Following the purchase, Ryan Moore's interests in the Company comprise 6,606,094 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 7.22% of the issued share capital of the Company.
The Company has also received notification that Rita Liu, Non-Executive Director, purchased 1,159.199709 Ordinary Shares at a price of 37.00 pence per share on 28 September 2021, and on 29 September 2021, bought a further 2,425 Ordinary Shares at 36.359834 pence per Ordinary Share and a further 30,000 Ordinary Shares at 38.50 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the purchase, Rita Liu holds 33,574.199709 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.037% of the issued share capital of the Company.
