Mode Global Holdings PLC (LSE:MODE), the LSE-listed Fintech Group, is pleased to announce the appointment of David Anderson as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Group, with effect from 30 November 2021.
David's experience spans over 30 years in senior roles in the retail and hospitality sector. David was previously a Director of JGOO Ltd, a subsidiary of Mode Global Holdings PLC.
