On December 18, 2013, KRV GmbH, Kaiserslautern, Deutschland has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on MOBOTIX AG, Winnweiler-Langmeil, Deutschland, have exceeded the
3% and 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on October 17, 2012 and on that
day amounted to 9.91% (this corresponds to 1315020 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 9.91% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1315020 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company via PUTSCH Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH, PUTSCH
GmbH & Co. KG, RECARO Holding GmbH (ehemals firmierend RECARO
Beteiligungs-GmbH) and RECARO Zweite Beteiligungs GmbH & Co. KG.
