The Board of MobilityOne (AIM: MBO), the e-commerce infrastructure payment solutions and platform provider with its main operations in Malaysia, is very sad to announce the death of its Non-Executive Chairman, Dato' Dr. Wan Azmi bin Ariffin yesterday.

Dato' Hussian A. Rahman, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, said: "Dato' Dr. Wan Azmi will be remembered and missed by all of us at MobilityOne. He was an inspirational Chairman who provided the Board with invaluable advice and guidance. Our deepest sympathies go out to his family."
