Resignation of a director

Mobile Tornado (AIM: MBT), a leading provider of resource management mobile solutions to the enterprise market, announces that Peter Wilkinson, Non-Executive Director, has resigned and stepped down from the Board of the Company with immediate effect.

Mr Wilkinson has informed the Company, that having reached 70 years old, he is reducing his business commitments. He has confirmed that he has no intention of withdrawing the support he has provided to Mobile Tornado over a number of years in the form of the preference shares and revolving credit facility.

The Company will commence the search for a new Non-Executive Director and further updates will be provided in due course.
