Exercise of Warrants and Total Voting Rights

Mobile Streams plc, the AIM quoted mobile content and data intelligence company, is pleased to announce the exercise of warrants by investors during the month.

A total of 36,666,666 warrants exercisable at 0.2p per share, and 15,000,000 warrants exercisable at 0.5p, have been exercised.

A total of 51,666,666 ordinary shares of 0.01p nominal value each ("Ordinary Shares") have been issued following the warrant exercises, and the proceeds received by the Company for these exercises total £148,333.

Total Voting Rights

Following the issue of the Ordinary Shares as described above, the Company's issued share capital consists of 2,530,858,178 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 0.01p each, with voting rights. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
