Issue of Equity

Mobile Streams plc (AIM: MOS) (the "Company" or "Mobile Streams"), today announces that it has applied for 2,500 new ordinary shares of 0.2p each ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM as a result of employee option exercises. Admission of the shares is expected on 6 August 2013.

Following the issue of the 2,500 Ordinary Shares, the Company will have a total of 36,634,792 Ordinary Shares in issue with one voting right per share.

The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
