Nomad Resignation Update

Mobile Streams plc (AIM: MOS) provides its shareholders with an update on its current status.

As announced on 27th September 2019, pursuant to Rule 1 of the AIM Rules for Companies, if no replacement nominated adviser for Nplus1 Singer Advisory LLP ("N+1 Singer") is appointed before the close of business on 28th October 2019, the ordinary shares in the Company will be suspended from trading on AIM at 7.30 a.m. on Tuesday 29th October 2019.

If, following such suspension, the Company fails to appoint a replacement nominated adviser within one month of the date that its shares are suspended from trading on AIM, the admission of the Company's shares to trading on AIM will be cancelled at 7.00 a.m. on Friday, 29th November 2019.

The Company is in discussions to appoint a new nominated advisor, subject to due diligence, prior to the cancellation of the Company's shares on Friday 29th November 2019 and is also in discussions to appoint a new broker to the Company. However, the Company does not expect that a new nominated advisor will be appointed before the trading suspension on 28th October 2019.

The appointment of a new nominated advisor and a new broker may or may not be successful.

Simon Buckingham, CEO of Mobile Streams commented: "Our shareholders expressed their wish for us to remain an AIM listed company and we have been working diligently to appoint new advisors to achieve this. We will continue to extend every effort to complete these appointments before 29th November 2019."
