Appointment of CFO

Mobile Streams plc (AIM: MOS) (the "Company" or "Mobile Streams"), today announces that Enrique Benasso has joined the board of the Company as Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect.

Mr. Benasso holds a MBA, a Masters in Finance and a CFA charter. He is based in the Company's Argentina office, reporting to the Company's CEO. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Benasso has more than 28 years of experience in corporate finance, working for companies such as Visteon, Eagle Ottawa and Coca Cola, where he held finance positions in Argentina.

Commenting, Enrique Benasso said: "I am very pleased to be joining Mobile Streams as CFO. I am really impressed with the Company's performance, the business potential and the extraordinary team."

Simon Buckingham, CEO of Mobile Streams commented: "Enrique is a highly experienced and accomplished finance professional and we are delighted that he has joined the Company as CFO. Based at our main operations center in Buenos Aires, Argentina, he will be able to play an intrinsic role in the operation of the business."

Enrique Benasso was today granted 250,000 stock options. These options will vest over a three-year period, with a third vesting after 12 months, 24 months and then 36 months from the grant date.
