CLARIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT

Reference is made to the announcement of MOBI Development Co., Ltd. (the “ Company” ) dated 26 July 2016 regarding, inter alia, the appointment of Mr. Chen Zhaojun (“ Mr Chen ”) as an executive director of the Company (the “ Announcement ”).

The board of directors of the Company would like to clarify that the statement in the Announcement about Mr. Chen’s interest in the shares of the Company should be replaced with the following:

”As at the date of this announcement, Mr. Chen has personal interests (within the meaning of Part XV of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong) (“ SFO ”)) in 1,019,000 shares of the Company and options to subscribe for 2,100,000 shares of the Company of which 1,500,000 options have not been vested. Save as disclosed above, Mr. Chen does not have any interests in the shares of the Company which is required to be disclosed under Part XV of the SFO.”

Save for the above clarification, all other information in the Announcement remains unchanged.
