RESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

The Board announces that Mr. Liao Dong has resigned as an executive Director and chief operating officer of the Company with effect from 5 November 2021.

MR. LIAO DONG RESIGNING AS AN EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER OF THE COMPANY

The board (the “ Board ”) of directors (the “ Directors ”) of MOBI Development Co., Ltd. (the “ Company ” together with its subsidiaries, the “ Group ”) announces that Mr. Liao Dong (“ Mr. Liao ”) has resigned as an executive Director and chief operating officer of the Company with effect from 5 November 2021 due to his other personal commitments.

Mr. Liao has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and that there is no matter relating to his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.

The Board would like to express its sincere gratitude to Mr. Liao for his valuable contributions to the Group during his tenure of directorship.
