JOINT ANNOUNCEMENT

Intention to launch offers for subscription

Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc, Mobeus Income & Growth 2 VCT plc, Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT plc and The Income & Growth VCT plc (the "Companies")

The Boards of the Companies are pleased to announce that they intend to launch offers for subscription for new ordinary shares (the "Offers").

During the 2014/15 tax year, the Companies will seek to raise the following amounts (gross):-

Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc:    £15 million

Mobeus Income & Growth 2 VCT plc:   £8 million

Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT plc:   £6 million

The Income & Growth VCT plc:             £10 million

It is also intended that each Company will have a separate Offer.  Investors will be able to choose either to invest equally in all four Companies, or to invest amounts of their choice in one or more of the Offers. These options will be in accordance with the terms to be set out in the Prospectus for the Offers and subject to those Offers selected remaining open.

The Prospectus, which will contain the full details and terms and conditions of the Offers, will be available later this year.
