Dividend Declaration

The Board of Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT plc announces that it has declared a second  interim dividend of 3.00 pence per ordinary share, in respect of the year ended 31 December 2017.  Following the payment of this dividend the total dividend in respect of the year to date will be 21.00 pence. The dividend will be paid on 21 December 2017 to Shareholders on the Register on 1 December 2017.
