Director Change

The Company announces that Adam Kingdon retired as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from close of business on 21 September 2022. 

The Board would like to thank Adam for his very significant contribution over many years to the Company and to the Board, and for his dedication during his tenure as a director, particularly in his role as Chair of the Audit Committee and wish him well for the future.

A succession process is currently underway for the recruitment of a new Investment Committee Chair.

Following Adam's retirement, Sally Duckworth assumed the Chair of the Audit Committee on 22 September 2022.

This announcement is made in compliance with the Company's obligations under the Listing Rules, specifically Rule 9.6.11.
