IMPACT OF RECENT DISPOSALS UPON NET ASSET VALUE PER SHARE ("NAV")

The Company announced two profitable disposals of Tovey Management Limited ("Access IS") on 17 August 2020 and Blaze Signs Holdings Limited on 7 September 2020.

Yesterday, the NAV per share of 72.16 pence as at 30 June 2020 was announced.  The subsequent impact of these two disposals upon this NAV per share is estimated to be an increase of 1.87 pence per share.

The Board emphasises that this increase in NAV per share from these two realisations is in isolation from other changes in the Company's balance sheet, including valuation and other transaction movements in the Company's investment portfolio, that may also have affected the NAV per share during the current quarter since 30 June 2020.
