Mobeus Income & Growth 2 VCT plc announces that on 16 December 2020 it purchased 89,172 of the Company's own ordinary shares at a price of 75.29 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this transaction, the issued share capital of the Company is now 73,380,275 Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1 penny each, all with voting rights.
