Pursuant to applicable provisions, it is hereby notified that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company by the Designated Persons shall continue to remain closed from 1[st] April 2021 till after 48 hours of declaration of Annual Audited Financial Results of the company for the year ending 31.3.2021 under the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The date of declaration of results shall be intimated separately. It may be mentioned that the Trading Window of MMTC has already been closed effective from 1[st] January 2021 onwards for the purpose of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 31.12.2020 for which the meeting of Board of MMTC is yet to be scheduled.
