Sub:- Intimation u/r 30 of SEBI(LODR) 2015 regarding outcome of Hon’ble High Court judgement order in the matter of M/s Anglo Coal Pte Ltd vs. MMTC Ltd. in the hearing held on 29.11.2021.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Further to our previous communications, based on the Order of the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi received on 6.12.2021, it is hereby informed that the matter was listed for 29.11.2021. The Court reduced the reserve price of the property to be auctioned, bearing number L-1/1, Hauz Khas Enclave, New Delhi to Rs.51 crores. The Court directed the SBI Paradip Branch, Odisha to remit an amount of Rs.16,85,696/- lying in bank account of MMTC, to the Court. The Registry was directed to release the amount of Rs.85,85,456/- received by the Court Registry pursuant to the attachment alongwith the interest thereon in favour of the Decree Holder. Further, the court directed to file an affidavit within three weeks time giving status report in regard to disinvestment in NINL and indicate the status of refund, if any with respect to Free Trading Warehousing Pvt. Limited. The case is posted for next hearing on 14.2.2022. Copy of the Order of the Court (OMP(ENF)(COMM)19 / 2018) is available on the website of the High Court.
