Pursuant to applicable provisions, it is hereby notified that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company by the Designated Persons shall continue to remain closed from 1[st] July 2021 till after 48 hours of declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the company for the quarter ending 30[th] June 2021 under the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The date of declaration of results shall be intimated separately. It may be mentioned that the Trading Window of MMTC has already been closed effective from 1[st] April 2021 onwards for the purpose of Annual Audited Financial Results for the year ended 31[st] March 2021 for which the meeting of Board of MMTC is yet to be scheduled.
