Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (as amended), this is to inform you that the Meeting No. 2 of FY 2021-22 of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, the 23 day of June 2021 at the Corporate Office of the Company, Company, inter-alia, to note, consider, review and take on records (approval) of, the Statement of Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter (Q-1) ended 30 June 2021, as reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee of the Company, as per Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (as amended);

Further, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) and in terms of the Company’s “MMP Code for Prohibition of Insider Trading”, the trading window for dealing in the Securities of the Company has been closed from Thursday, the First (1) day of July 2021 and will remain closed till forty-eight (48) hours after the announcement of outcome of ensuing Meeting No. 3 of FY 2021-22 of the Board of Directors of the Company to the public including investor/s.
