1. In connection to our intimation dated 13 August 2021 and email received from National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) on 17 August 2021, the clarification sought on above subject matter has been reproduced below for your ready reference.

2. Clarification sought by NSE: This is with respect to the announcement submitted by the company to the Exchange dated 13 August 2021, regarding Appointment of Smt. Sumita Vidyashankar as Additional Director. On the basis of above, the Company is required to provide confirmation in compliance with SEBI Letter dated June 14, 2018 read along with NSE Circular dated June 20, 2018 for appointment of Smt. Sumita Vidyashankar as an Additional Director.

3. Company’s reply : In compliance with SEBI Letter dated June 14, 2018 read along with NSE Circular No.NSE/CMU2018/24 dated June 20, 2018, we wish to confirm that Smt. Sumita Vidyashankar has not been debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI Order or any other Authority.

4. Also, self-declaration received from Smt. Sumita Vidyashankar in this regard is annexed herewith for your reference.
