Şirketimizin geçmiş dönemlerde yapmış olduğu başta şirket birleşmeleri olmak üzere teknik işlemlerle ilgili usule ilişkin vergi incelemesi sonucu 91.441bin TL tutarında geçmiş dönem zararının silinmesi talep edilmiş olup konu ile ilgili yargı süreci devam etmektedir.

As a result of the procedural tax review related to technical transactions, especially company mergers and acquisitions in the previous periods, the elimination of TL91,441 thousand of accumulated deficit has been requested. The judicial process on the subject continues.
