Related to our announcement dated August 19, 2022, our Company's application regarding the issuance of debt securities with a nominal amount up to TL 750,000,000 (Seven Hundred and Fifty Million Turkish Liras), maturity up to 5 (five) years, denominated in Turkish Lira, to be sold one or more at a time, without public offering to qualified investors in the domestic market within one year, in line with the validity period of the issuance of the certificate is approved by the Capital Markets Board ("CMB").
