Additional Explanations

As per the Board of Directors resolution dated October 20, 2021, it was resolved that; Yatırım Varlık Kiralama A.Ş. to be authorized as the issuing entity within the scope of the Lease Certificates Communiqué (the "Communiqué") No. III-61.1 of the Capital Markets Board ("CMB") and other legislation, to carry out issuance transactions of lease certificates based on a management contract, planned to be carried out domestically, of up to a nominal amount of TL 750 million and in 1 to 60 months terms, in Turkish Lira, to be allocated without public offering and/or sold to qualified investors in one or more times where our Company would be fund user/source entity. Brokerage service for issuance will be provided by Türkiye Sınai Kalkınma Bankası A.Ş. and its affiliates within the scope of signed Brokerage and Authorization Agreement. The public will be informed once the application is made to the CMB regarding the aforementioned lease certificate issuance.
