MLP Sağlık Hizmetleri A.Ş.'s application to the CMB for the issuance of lease certificates and obtaining the necessary permits within the framework of the Capital Markets Board ("CMB") Lease Certificates Communiqué (III-61.1) ("Communiqué") is approved. MLP Sağlık Hizmetleri A.Ş. ("Fund User") would be the fund user of the lease certificates to be issued with various maturities within a one-year period and based on the management contract stipulated in the Communiqué, to be allocated without public offering and sold to qualified investors in one or more times, with an issue ceiling of TL750,000,000 (seven hundred and fifty million TL), and planned to be carried out domestically. Approved issuance certificate is attached. This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
