Yönetim Kurulumuzun 30 Nisan 2021 tarihinde yapılan toplantısında;

1. Aday Gösterme ve Ücret Komitesi oluşturulmasına,

2. Aday Gösterme ve Ücret Komitesi tüzüğünün oluşturulmasının ve Denetim Komitesi, Kurumsal Yönetim Komitesi ve Riskin Erken Saptanması Komitesi tüzüklerinin revizelerinin kabul edilmesine ve Şirket internet sitesinde paydaşların dikkatine sunulmasına,

3. Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun II-17.1 sayılı Kurumsal Yönetim Tebliği hükümlerine uygun olarak aşağıda belirlenen şekilde üye atamasının gerçekleştirilmesine

a) Denetim Komitesi başkanlığına yönetim kurulu üyelerimizden Tayfun Bayazıt'ın; üyeliğine ise Meral Kurdaş'ın seçilmesine,

b) Kurumsal Yönetim Komitesi başkanlığına Tayfun Bayazıt'ın; üyeliklerine ise Meral Kurdaş, Hatice Hale Özsoy Bıyıklı ve Deniz Can Yücel'in seçilmesine,

c) Riskin Erken Saptanması Komitesi başkanlığına Meral Kurdaş'ın, üyeliklerine ise Tayfun Bayazıt ve Hatice Hale Özsoy Bıyıklı'nın seçilmesine,

d) Aday Gösterme ve Ücret Komitesi başkanlığına Meral Kurdaş'ın, üyeliklerine ise Tayfun Bayazıt ve Hatice Hale Özsoy Bıyıklı'nın seçilmesine

karar verilmiştir.

Komite üyelerinin özgeçmişleri ile Komite'lerin çalışma esaslarını düzenleyen komite tüzükleri Şirketimizin " http://investor.mlpcare.com/ " adresindeki web sitesinde mevcuttur.

In its meeting held on April 30, 2021, the Board of Directors resolved to;

1. Establish a Nomination and Remuneration Committee,

2. Establish the Nomination and Remuneration Committee charter, revise the charters of Audit Committee, Corporate Governance Committee, and Early Detection of Risk Committee, and bring them to the attention of stakeholders on the Company website,

3. Appoint the members of the Committees in accordance with the provisions of the Corporate Governance Communiqué numbered II-17.1 of the Capital Markets Board,

a) Appoint Tayfun Bayazıt as the Chairman of the Audit Committee, Meral Kurdaş as the member of the Audit Committee,

b) Appoint Tayfun Bayazıt as the Chairman of the Corporate Governance Committee, and Meral Kurdaş, Hatice Hale Özsoy Bıyıklı, and Deniz Can Yücel as the members of the Corporate Governance Committee,

c) Appoint Meral Kurdaş as the Chairman of the Early Detection of Risk Committee, and Tayfun Bayazıt and Hatice Hale Özsoy Bıyıklı as the members of the Early Detection of Risk Committee.

d) Appoint Meral Kurdaş as the Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Tayfun Bayazıt and Hatice Hale Özsoy Bıyıklı as the members of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
