Reason Of Procedure Cancellation
Announcement Regarding the Postponement of 2019 Ordinary General Assembly With the Board of Directors' resolution numbered 2020/16 and dated March 24, 2020, the 2019 Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of our Company, which was announced to be held on March 30, 2020 at 11:00 a.m., at the address "İstanbul Aydın Üniversitesi VM Medical Park Florya Hastanesi Beşyol Mah. Akasya Sok. No: 4 Küçükçekmece İstanbul" is postponed to a future date, pursuant to the precautions that the Turkish Government and its responsible ministries took in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic in our country and to protect our shareholders' right to participate to the meeting. A new invitation for the date of the 2019 Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of our company will be announced in line with the further developments on this issue. Respectfully announced to all our investors and the public. (In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.)
