MLG Oz Limited (ASX:MLG) (“MLG”) provides herewith an Appendix 3Z for Mr James Walker. The Company has become aware that due to an administrative error this was not reported on the 27[th] of April when the confirmation of Mr Walkers resignation was lodged with the ASX.

The Company apologises for this oversight and confirms it is aware of its obligations under Listing rule 3.19A.3. It also confirms it has reviewed its practices to ensure such oversight is not repeated.
