MLG Oz Limited (ASX:MLG) advises that its 2024 Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, 6 November 2024, commencing at 2:00pm (AWST) via live webcast, details of which will be provided in due course.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 14.3, the Company advises that valid nominations for the position of director must be received by the Company on or before 5:00pm (AWST) on Wednesday, 18 September 2024, being at least 35 business days before the date of the Annual General Meeting.

This notice is given in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1.
