With reference to our letter dated May 18[th] , 2023 regarding intimation of meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 27[th] May, 2023 at 06.00 p.m. has been rescheduled due to unavailability of the Management for personal reason to be held on Monday, May 29, 2023 to consider and approve inter-alia, Audited Financial Results of the Company for quarter and year ended 31st March, 2023, among other items.
Further, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the date on which the results are declared.
