With reference to the captioned subject, we wish to inform you that our Company Chitradurga Spintex Limited has provided remote E-Voting facility to its shareholders for exercising their right to vote on the resolutions during the ensuing Annual General Meeting scheduled to take place on 22[nd] November, 2021 at 11.30 AM at P.B. No.9, Bangalore Road, CHALLAKERE-577522 Karnataka, for which we have entered agreement with NSDL.

1. Date and time of commencement of remote E-voting: 19/11/2021 at 09.00 a.m.

2. Date and time of end of remote E-voting: 21/11/2021 at 5.00 p.m.

3. Remote e-voting shall not be allowed beyond this 22/11/2021, (5.00 p.m.)

4. Cut-off date: 15/11/2021

5. A member may participate in the General Meeting even after exercising his right to vote through remote e-voting but shall not be allowed to vote again in the meeting; and

6. A person whose name is recorded in the register of members or in the register of beneficial owners maintained by the depositories as on the cut-off date only shall be entitled to avail the facility of remote e-voting as well as voting in the General Meeting

1. Notice of the Annual General Meeting has been displayed on the web site of the Company www.chitraspinltd.com and on website of e-voting platform provided by National Securities Depository Limited i.e. www.evoting.nsdl.com.
