I, Scott Swinden, am an author of “Mkango Resources Ltd, The Songwe Hill Project, Phalombe District, Republic of the Malawi – NI 43-101 Technical Report – 23 January 2019 Mineral Resource Estimate” that has an effective date of 23 January 2019 and a report date of 03 February 2020 (the “ Technical Report” ).

I hereby consent to the public filing of the Technical Report, and to the use of extracts from, or a summary of, the Technical Report in Mkango’s press release (“Mkango Files Revised NI 43-101 Technical Report with Canadian Regulators”) dated 03 February 2020 (the “ Disclosure Document ”).

I confirm that I have read the Disclosure Document and that the Disclosure Document fairly and accurately represents the information contained in the sections of the Technical Report for which I am responsible.
