Performance Share Plan award to Director

On 1 October 2015, the Company announces that a conditional award totaling 279,158 Ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company ("Performance Shares") were granted on 30 September 2015 to the Directors and Persons Discharging Management Responsibilities listed below.

No consideration was paid for the grant of these conditional awards.

These awards will vest in 3 years from the date of grant, subject to achievement of performance conditions.

These awards were granted pursuant to the M J Gleeson Group Performance Share Plan approved by shareholders in December 2014.
