Signing of the Self-Remediation Terms in relation to historical fire safety issues with the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities ("DLUHC")

MJ Gleeson PLC ('Gleeson" or the "Group"), announces that it has signed the Self-Remediation Terms published by DLUHC on 30 January 2023.

The Group announced on 16 February 2023, in its results for the half-year ended 31 December 2022, that it had established in the prior year an exceptional provision of £12.9m and that it was moving quickly in executing a programme of intrusive inspections and fire risk assessments. The Board conducts regular reviews of the provision and no further exceptional provisions are expected.
