Notification of transactions by Directors and Persons Discharging Management Responsibilities ("PDMRs") Replacement

This announcement replaces the previous release made on 8 September 2015 under RNS number 4561Y.

The previous announcement stated that S Allanson (Director) had acquired 46 shares through a Profit Sharing Employee Share Ownership Scheme with a total of 10,092 shares held.

The announcement should have stated that he had acquired 44 shares with a total of 10,090 shares held.

These are the only changes to the previously released announcement. The correction is included in the full text of the announcement below.

The Company has been advised that on 7th September 2015 the Directors and Persons Discharging Management Responsibilities listed below acquired Ordinary shares in the Company in London at a purchase price of £4.275 per Ordinary Share through a Profit Sharing Employee Share Ownership Scheme (the "Scheme") which has been approved by HMRC.

Their current shareholdings, including those held by Related Persons, are as follows:
