Notification of transaction by a Director

Pursuant to DTR 3.1.4, the Company has been advised that, on 19th December 2014, Carol Pascoe-Harrison, the spouse of Jolyon Harrison (Executive Director), acquired 6,850 Ordinary shares in the Company at a purchase price of £3.65 per Ordinary Share.  Following this acquisition, Jolyon Harrison and his connected persons hold a balance of 1,451,805 Ordinary shares in M J Gleeson Group plc representing 2.7% of the Company's issued share capital.
