Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company has been notified today that, on 13 August 2014, the following Directors and Persons Discharging Management Responsibility sold ordinaryshares of 2 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company pursuant to the terms of a trading plan entered into on 10 July 2014. The details of the transactions are set out below:
