Notification of transactions by Directors and Persons Discharging Management Responsibilities ("PDMRs")

Pursuant to DTR3.1.4, the Company wishes to notify that on 24 June 2013, North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust Plc, Oryx International Growth Fund Limited and Harwood Capital LLP disposed of an aggregate of 197,000 ordinary shares. Each of these entities is connected to Mr Christopher Mills, a Director of the Company, whose current shareholdings, including those held by Related Persons, are as follows:
