Re Committee appointments

MJ Gleeson plc (the Company) is delighted to announce that Carol Elaine Bailey, who joined the Board on 1 March 2021 as an independent non-executive director, has been appointed as Chair of the Company's Sustainability Committee and additionally as a member of the Company's Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee, with immediate effect.

This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.11
