The warrants (MAZTF AP 2021) were previously granted, without consideration, to employees of the bank and its subsidiaries, according to option plans included in the prospectus published by the bank on 26.7.2021 (reference number: 2021-01-122745). Regarding the number of shares resulting from the exercise of the warrants, the total additional consideration, and the period in which the security can be exercised – see the notes to the report published by the bank on 5.9.2021, reference number 2021-01-144429.
