Conference Call - Financial Statements for Q3 2025

Mizrahi Tefahot Bank Ltd. (the Bank) is pleased to announce that on Tuesday, 18.11.2025, it will publish the Bank's nancial statements for the third quarter of 2025 (the nancial statements).

The nancial statements (in Hebrew) will be available for viewing on the Bank's website at www.mizrahi-tefahot.co.il as well as on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange Ltd. website www.maya.tase.co.il and on the Israel Securities Authority's distribution website www.magna.isa.gov.il.

On the same day, at 16:00, the Bank will hold a conference call (in English) accompanied by a slide presentation, to present the results of the third quarter of 2025 and the business environment. The presentation will be available, after the publication of the nancial statements, on the Bank's website at https://www.mizrahi-tefahot.co.il/en/Bank/nancial-reports/Pages/Default.aspx.
