Further to the report dated July 6, 2025, regarding the signing of an agreement to secure the delivery dates of the gas and steam turbines and their related equipment ("the main equipment") for the new power plant under development by Kesem Energy Ltd. (a consolidated company of the Company, in which the Company holds, indirectly, 42.4% - "Kesem Energy") with Siemens Energy Global GmbH & Co. KG ("Siemens Energy"), the Company is pleased to report as follows:
On October 6, 2025, Kesem Energy signed a binding agreement with Siemens Energy for the supply of the main equipment. Under the agreement, Siemens Energy undertook, among other things, to supply the main equipment on the agreed dates and to meet various performance criteria as part of tests to be conducted, and Kesem Energy undertook to pay the agreed consideration.
