Pursuant to Regulation-29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, the 29[th] day of May, 2024, at 11.00 AM at the Corporate Office of the company to consider the following matters:

To consider and approve the Annual Audited Standalone Results of the company for the quarter and year ended on 31[st] March, 2024, together with the Auditor’s Report thereon issued by the Statutory Auditor of the company as per Regulation – 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

2. To consider and transact any other business, if any, which may be placed before the Board with the permission of the Chairman.

The intimation of Closure of Trading Window in this regard was already communicated on 29[th] March, 2024. The Trading Window is closed from 01[st] April, 2024 and will end 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on 31[st] March, 2024.
